About the role
You will be accountable for leading, managing and developing our Art curriculum across the school, across key stages 3, 4 and 5. We are looking for candidates who know what it takes to succeed in undergraduate study in their discipline, in order to work towards and plan a rich and highly academic curriculum encompassing KS4 and KS5, but ultimately stretching down into the BMA Primary phase. It is a role for those who love the teaching of art of scholars' knowledge in this domain, and are reflective and passionate enough to develop our young people into subject experts.

Who are we looking for
Qualified Teacher Status with a good honours degree in relevant subject with evidence of ongoing professional development.
An excellent classroom practitioner with demonstrable experience of raising standards and successful delivery of the curriculum.
Experience of working in high performing contexts and helping scholars to overcome significant barriers to learning.
Relentless high expectations of staff and scholars and ability to draw on meaningful and actionable interpretations from data.
Ability to motivate, inspire and develop scholars.
