Terms and Conditions for Neuro Space Jobs

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Neuro Space Jobs platform, including all services, features, and content provided by Teachers Global Limited (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Neuro Space Jobs”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13039915, operating on behalf of Neuro Space Limited, the owner of all Neuro Space branding and intellectual property.

Platform: The Neuro Space Jobs website, services, tools, and associated digital systems.

User(s): Individuals or organisations using the platform, including job seekers and employers.

Employer(s): Organisations posting job listings or engaging with candidates through the platform.

Job Seeker(s): Individuals searching for employment and applying to roles via the platform.

2. User Registration

  • Some features require creating an account.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

For Job Seekers:

You may use the platform to browse and apply for jobs. By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and current.

For Employers:

You may post job listings, view applications, and communicate with candidates. By posting a job, you confirm:

  • You are authorised to advertise the position
  • The listing complies with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
  • All information is accurate and lawful

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or discriminatory job adverts
  • Misuse the platform to collect personal data for unauthorised or fraudulent purposes
  • Interfere with the platform’s technical operation or security
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • Engage in conduct that could damage our reputation or disrupt other users’ experience

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access where these Terms are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform—including text, graphics, logos, layouts, images, and software—is owned by Teachers Global Limited or Neuro Space Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or modify platform content unless expressly permitted by us.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

7. Job Listings and User Content

  • Employers are solely responsible for the content and legality of the job listings they post.
  • We do not verify employer claims or guarantee the accuracy of listings.
  • We may remove any job listing or user content that breaches these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that:

  • The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Job listings are accurate or legitimate
  • The platform will meet your specific expectations

We make no guarantee regarding the success of job searches or recruitment outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on job listings or employer information.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Your activity poses harm, risk, or disruption
  • We are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teachers Global Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
