About the role:
This Assistant Principal role at Rockingham is far more than a leadership position-it's a unique opportunity to shape the lives of our pupils, guide a passionate team, and make a meaningful, lasting impact on the future of education. Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals, you will contribute to the development of our school community and uphold our commitment to excellence in education.
We are seeking applicants who are:
- A proven leader with experience in driving school improvement or sustaining exceptional standards
- Experience working in a Primary setting with teaching experience across the school
- Experience of leading Personal Development
- Deeply committed to safeguarding, equality and inclusive education for all
- Passionate about your own professional development and the growth of those around you
- You will have a strong understanding of current educational priorities and be able to demonstrate how they will shape your vision for the school's future.
