United Kingdom Without a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification: Voluntary Real Living Wage - £17,158.98 per annum With a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification: NJC Scale 3-5 - £17,158.98 to £17,498.47 per annum (pay award pending) Permanent, Part Time 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year April 2026 Start We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our growing SEND department, working 8:40am - 3:10pm specifically to support a named child with special educational needs. You will provide tailored 1:1 support in class, as well as individualised interventions, helping to ensure the student can access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their goals.
The SEND department has grown significantly and is well positioned to deliver high quality support for our students. It is an exciting time to join as we continue to develop our team, resources and student opportunities.
