As a Cover Supervisor, you will: - Deliver prepared lesson materials in the absence of the class teacher.
- Maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment in line with our behaviour policy.
- Support students with their work, including those with SEND, liaising with the SENDCO and form tutors where needed.
- Take on wider school duties, such as supervising students at break and lunchtimes.
What we're looking for: - Ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience.
