With an annual turnover of £5 million, 250 employees and sites across Devon, the wholly owned subsidiary of Ted Wragg Trust combines commercial ambition with a genuine social purpose.
Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead Fusion's operational performance, commercial success and future growth. You'll inspire and develop our people, strengthen our services, identify new commercial opportunities and build a business recognised for its quality, innovation and customer experience.
If you have: - Significant senior leadership experience within a commercial or service-led organisation.
- A proven track record of leading complex operations, substantial budgets and large teams.
- Strong commercial instincts and experience of driving performance, change and growth.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively with boards and senior stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for people, service excellence and making a difference.
