Events and Courses Administrator

We're looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy Events & Courses Administrator to support a fast‑paced and varied programme delivered by Millfield Enterprises, the commercial arm of Millfield School. You'll play a key role behind the scenes managing bookings, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and customers.
From facility hires and sporting festivals to a mix of Millfield-run camps and courses and externally delivered programmes, you'll be at the centre of it all-keeping operations efficient and communication clear.
Perfect if you're detail-driven, proactive, have strong administrative skills, enjoy working with people and want to build experience in a dynamic events environment.
What you'll be doing: Keeping it organised: Manage bookings for events, camps, and courses making sure everything runs smoothly.
People person: Take calls and reply to emails like a pro, giving customers helpful, friendly support.
Sales vibes: Promote and sell Millfield experiences over the phone, share the excitement!
✨ Admin wizard: Keep the team running like clockwork with recruitment and general admin support.

Positive and curious: Enthusiastic, keen to learn, and ready to dive in.
No admin experience? No problem. Whether you're just starting out or already got some experience, this role gives hands-on exposure to events in a supportive, fun environment.

Hours This is a
year‑round role,
20 hours per week, 8.30am-1.30pm on
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Flexible days and/or hours will be considered for the ideal candidate.
