Are you looking for a fulfilling career? We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Pastoral Leader to join our dynamic support staff team. In this role, you'll take on the responsibility of ensuring the welfare of our students while also supporting the Senior Leadership Team in creating a disciplined and purposeful environment throughout the school.
You're someone who'll be able to:
- Communicate with parents about pastoral issues, lead meetings with families, and collaborate with the SENDCo to identify students requiring interventions.
- Provide pastoral support to students, identify personal issues affecting them, and implement plans for their care and support
- Manage and record data on the school's management information systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for safeguarding and well-being.
You're someone who has: - GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent.
- Experience in motivating students and promoting high expectations with students.
- Experience in using data to analyse performance, track progress, and inform decision-making.
- Knowledge of the education sector, safer recruitment, and safeguarding/child protection.
