The Active Learning Trust
We are a family of primary, secondary and special schools based across Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. Here at The Active Learning Trust we are hugely proud of our dedicated team of teaching and support staff, who are committed to improving outcomes for our children and young people.
We are also proud of our record of retaining and developing our staff. All of our schools have a focus on professional development and offer clear pathways to leadership for those who wish to pursue them. Our staff also benefit from being part of our network of diverse schools and we regularly bring together colleagues from different schools to share best practice and celebrate achievements.
The Albert Pye and Ravensmere Schools Federation
The Albert Pye Primary works in federation with Ravensmere Infant school and both schools are located on the same site in Beccles. Our federation is about children: children are at the heart of all we do. Our aim across both schools is for each child to leave school with the highest possible standards of literacy and numeracy for them, but of equal importance is that we want our children to be happy, confident, independent learners who enjoy learning and coming to school. We want children to make the most of every opportunity available to them during their time with us. Staff work hard to make learning as rich and meaningful as possible for our children.
